Setting up your Aspects Register with Suggestions

This article will cover how to use iCOR's suggestions to set up your first Aspects Register.

Please note that the Environmental Aspects Register is an optional add-on for the Environmental module. Please contact us if you would like to discuss including it in your subscription.

To begin filling your Aspects Register, we recommend starting with the suggestions, which are generated from the legislation that is relevant to your site.

Press the dropdown arrow to view these suggestions.

If you agree that a suggestion should be added to your Aspects Register, select ‘Add to Register’. If you disagree with a suggestion, select ‘Dismiss’. Repeat this process for all of the suggestions made by iCOR.

Once you have gone through all of the suggestions and selected ‘Add to Register’ or ‘Dismiss’ for each, the dropdown menu will disappear.  You will see all of the aspects that you selected ‘Add to Register’ for within your Environmental Aspects Register. Much of the detail for these entries will have been pre-filled by iCOR. 

You will also receive a notification banner on your Site Dashboard if there are aspects to approve or dismiss.
