Exporting your Aspects Register

This article will cover how to export your Aspects Register to PDF or CSV.

Please note that the Environmental Aspects Register is an optional add-on for the Environmental module. Please contact us if you would like to discuss including it in your subscription.

If you wish to export your Aspects Register (such as for temporary communication), select the ‘Export Register’ button. This will open a dropdown box, where you can select ‘PDF’ to export a PDF version of your Register, or ‘CSV’ to export a CSV version of your register. 

The register will be exported in the sort order and with any filters that are visible and active in the live version of the register.

Note: We recommend that exports of your Aspects Register should only be used for temporary communications. The Aspects Register is a live snapshot of your most current environmental aspects, and will only include aspects from the time of the export. An export will become out-of-date once the Register within iCOR is reviewed and updated.
